Eloise Gift is a full-time, independent associate broker with Keller Williams Realty in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Fluent in English and Spanish, she helps a broad-based, diverse clientele to buy and sell single and multi-family properties for personal dwelling and investment purposes.

 

Beyond meeting the basic requirements for licensing, Eloise earned her broker’s license and successfully met the rigorous standards set for earning the residential real estate’s most respected designation, the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) as well as the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and the highly regarded e-PRO certification that distinguishes realtors skilled in serving clients through the use of the Internet and online technology. As a certified EcoBroker, Eloise has the skills to support clients interested in energy efficiency and other features of green homes.

 

A former educator who also had the opportunity to live in a variety of places and interact with people of different cultures, Eloise views community involvement as an integral part of her service to clients. For that reason, she commits time to church activities, as well as national and local civic, professional, and business organizations including the National Association of Realtors (NAR) the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) the Realtors Association of  New Mexico (RANM) and the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR).  Eloise is in her third-year as member of the Board of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce (GACC) and in her second year as a member of the Executive Committee where she has served as Vice Chair of Small Business and Entrepreneurship  and currently chairs the Albuquerque Reads Committee. Eloise is also a member of the Albuquerque Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AHCC)  the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Mexico (AACCNM)  the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)  the YMCA, Rotary International, and Civitan. She is a big sister participant in Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central New Mexico.

 

Eloise supports strongly the ideals of the Code of Ethics of NAR to become and stay informed and strive to follow the “Golden Rule”. One of her goals as a real estate professional is to consistently meet or exceed the customer service expectations of her clients.
